My client is a real estate investment firm with a portfolio of hospitality assets situated globally.
Your new role
Seeking an experienced and commercially minded CFO to lead the finance function of an SGX listed REITS firm. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee financial reporting, treasury, capital management, tax, compliance, treasury, investor relationships and corporate finance activities while partnering with the executive team to drive the REITS long-term growth strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require a degree in accountancy, finance or related discipline. Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally with REITs, real estate, fund management or other SGX listed companies. Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial reporting and compliance.
